What is the minimum age to attend Sundown Festival 2020?
The festival is rated NC16. Minimum age to enter is 16. Our festival security goes by YEAR of birth so entrance is granted to anyone who turns 16 in 2020.

Are lockers available at the festival site?
Lockers are free for rent and limited on a first come first serve basis. A refundable deposit of $20 can be made at the entrance. Lockers are continuously under surveillance.

What are the prices for food and drinks?
Food and drinks range from SGD2 to SGD20

How do I pay for food and drinks?
Cash or Credit.

Can I bring a camera or drone?
You can bring a camera but drones are not allowed under State Law.

This is a no pets event.

How do I receive my tickets?
You will self print your tickets or have the QR code sent to your mobile. And bring along your ID to exchange for wrist tags to the festival ground

Can I get a refund for my tickets or unused food and drinks coupon?
There is no refund for tickets or unused food and drinks coupon purchased

Can I bring my children under 16?
You can bring your children under 16 at your own risk, they must be closely supervised at all time. A ticket is required for everybody including toddler(s).

Can my friends enter the glamp or camp ground?
Glamp and camp ground are strictly by wrist tag admission only. Unless your friend(s) has/have the right wrist tag, they are not allowed into the glamp or camp ground.
