Bio-Plant Sonic is a living soundscape, with music created in real-time from plant biofeedback, paired with light and visuals for a full sensory journey. What do clothes have to do with how we experience our own skin? In this session, Movement Artist Adelene Stanley explores the two “skins” we wear daily: the one we’re born with and the one we choose through clothing. Through guided prompts and embodied movement, you’ll reconnect with both layers, deepening your awareness from the inside out. This workshop is co-designed with Systems Psychodynamics Executive Coach Thammika Songkaeo, and was first developed with support from The National Geographic Society.
